Madden 07 on Xbox360 is actually just the latest Madden game version, as there have been several other versions before this one. Gamers have said that while some aspects have been improved with Madden 07 on Xbox360, the game still needs more improvements, in that the Madden 07 versions for the PC and other consoles are thought to provide a more complete game.
However, gamers also say that although Madden 07 on Xbox360 still needs some improvements, it also has made some great improvements over previous versions. There is a new kick meter, a new highlight stick, and new lead blocking controls.
The truck stick that was used for runners on offense in previous versions of the game has been replaced by the highlight stick. With the highlight stick, you can do more impressive moves than ever before.
With the new lead blocking control, during a running play you can switch your player to any of the blockers that are available while you are on offense. The available blockers can include any player that is blocking a play, such as fullbacks, linemen, or tight ends.
When it comes to the new kick meter, some gamers say that its representation is the most accurate in any game up to this point. To set up your power, you can press down on the right analog stick, and to line up your angle, you use the customary arrow.
The biggest addition in terms of features is the superstar mode. This is comparable to a basic mode that was previous in other versions of the game in which you take a rookie NFL player and lead him through all of the tough times during the season.
However, unlike other versions, you don’t have to worry about things like movie roles for you player. You only goal is to make you player be one (if not the) best player in the NFL, thus leading him to the Hall of Fame.
